How can I help prioritize a feature ?

You can participate in our roadmap by voting on our Discord, in the feature-request channel ! The more votes a topic gets, the more likely it is to be prioritized. The taap.it team also considers technical complexity and alignment with our product vision before prioritizing any feature.

I’d like to suggest a feature that’s not on the roadmap — how do I do that?

Head to our Discord and check the feature-request channel. If the feature hasn’t been suggested yet, you can create a new message with your idea so the community can vote on it.

I found a bug — what should I do?

Join our Discord and post in the support-bug channel. Our team or community will assist you as soon as possible. You can also open a ticket.

I have a question about the product — what should I do?

You’ll find a FAQ channel on our Discord where you can ask any questions. Feel free to open a ticket if you need more specific help.
